Rather than suppressors I would rather have a long barrel. I'm just having an issue with finding barrels to fit these guns. I just prefer not to use that specific barrel. 22 pistol that I could add a longer barrel to plus sights/lights. My biggest attraction to the thing is expandability. I've seen lots of reports about the 2240 being pretty loud. Steel breech part number is 2240SBPK, 14" barrel number is 2289-001, call Crosman's main telephone number on their website and ask for "Customer Service" and they can give you pricing on things.
The 14" barrel comes from another Crosman gun- the 2289. The steel breech kit comes with a 6, maybe 7-inch steel breech (I don't recall at the moment) with a scope rail and an extended bolt.
